Control

Cognitive processes under control theory mean the internal feedback must be balanced or you get burnout. Balance regulates change in the system. Every time something changes a new pattern of regulation emerges. This is a series of signals fast and slow. They tell the memory if it is mediating what is coming in and out. Then make adjustments. The brain is highly controlled for 10 digits and an environment to use them (3D).

There are 180 modules in the brain. This is key to mediation. Usually to coordinate the regions they first must synchronize. Each region must get on board with its active participants across the brain. Once reached a global set of adjustments can be made in learning. Good coordination with internal and external feedback.
