Bounce

For a long time, I did not realize that everything having to do with intelligence had to do with stochastic resonance. Signals are bouncing in and out and throughout the brain. A regulation system is in place to balance inside and outside the brain. The brain forms a shape and that shape allows survival. The shape of the brain determines how energy bounces. And so genes make proteins to speed up or slow down the bouncing where and when needed through growth and pruning. Complexity increased and to the signals produced. A complex brain is required to deal with complex environments. Experience regulates the bouncing ball.
